This is a city where anything goes. Expect men in Darth Vadar masks playing bagpipes on the streets, the world’s smallest designated park (one bush in the middle of a road), naked bike rides, a museum about vacuum cleaners (Stark’s) and the famous Voodoo Doughnut Wedding Chapel, where, after consuming a gingerbread-man shaped doughnut with pretzel daggers, you can legally tie the knot.
