Afterlife of the Party is a teenage romantic comedy where Cassie stays with her best friend Lisa in a rented apartment in San Diego.
One day Cassie takes Lisa to a night var to enjoy her 25th birthday. During the party, Lisa perceived that her friend Cassie was impressing the people around her. Then, Lisa advised her to give more priority to other important things than these parties and all. After this, they argued, and Cassie left Lisa and walked alone.
Late at night, the fully drunken Cassie headed towards her apartment, where Lisa refused to open the door, and in irritation, she destroyed all the things of Lisa. The following day, when Cassie woke up, she went to the bathroom, fell down, and hit her head in the washroom, resulting dead.
Then, Cassie awakened in the room and met an angel Val who described that Cassie had been dead for more than a year, and before reaching the Afterlife party in Heaven, Cassie had to help some people as their guardian angel.
