Annie and David on 90 Day Fiance now own multiple Thailand condos, showing just how far they’ve come since they slept in a public storage unit. Annie used to make just 200 baht ($5) a month.
The 90 Day Fiance couple started out living in Arizona in 2017, facing many financial struggles. Fast-forward to 2024 and the two have paid off two Thailand beach homes after years of TLC fame.

Where do Annie and David live?
Annie and David currently live in Fountain Hills, Arizona. They often stay at their forever home there but regularly travel to Thailand, where Annie is from. Thailand is also where they own two beach homes.
The TLC couple moved to Fountain Hills from their modest apartment in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2022, where they stayed after several difficult months sleeping in their friend Chris’ storage facility unit.
Their $550,000 home in Arizona is under Annie’s name, partly thanks to her clothing business, Boom Bangkok By Annie. At one point, David was unable to pay Annie’s dowry money – but that’s all changed.
From storage unit to multiple homes
In 2022, Annie told her followers that she paid off her first home in Thailand. She congratulated herself and shared David has also bought a property in Thailand, which has been paid off.
Both homes are close to the beach, and David and Annie are planning to utilize the properties as vacation homes as well as rentals. The condominium owned by Annie has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The couple are believed to make about $1,000 to $1,500 per episode of the show, resulting in about $15,000 per season. Currently, they’re investing in fertility treatment, and paying for regular vacations.

Inside 90 Day Fiance stars’ net worth
David’s net worth alone is a reported $2.5 to 1.5 million, while Annie is worth the upper end of $2.5 million. Most of their income stems from their 90 Day Fiance fame, including their spin-off show.
After David quit his teaching job in Kentucky, the two began to run a website called Cooking with DNA, where they sell oils infused with Thai spices. The couple even offers cooking classes for fans!
He previously did campaign-related work in the political industry, and later secured a job as an English teacher at a college in Louisville. Annie is still running a fashion business, which she launched in 2021.
