Alvin Lamont Baum II (Bay-Bay) was born November 26,1996 in Norfolk, VA to Alvin and Lideta Baum. He entered eternal peace on March 20,2020. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Leslie Cousins.
Alvin was educated at Norview High School. He was employed at Baum’s Service Center. He was a member of Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church. Bay-Bay had an extremely generous heart and would help anyone . His smile would brighten a room. Alvin was always full of jokes and laughter. If you knew him , you know that a fresh white tee and pair of Air Max was his go to. He was vibrant and lived his life to the fullest.
Alvin leaves to cherish his memories his parents, Alvin and Lideta Baum; three sisters, Tyjannae, Mya, Myla, two special sisters, Makada Young and Alexis Freeman; niece, Taryn Pointer; nephew, Tristen Carroll; maternal grandmother, Mattie Cousins ; paternal grandparents, James and Etta Baum; two uncles, Roderick Raby and Kyle Donavan; aunt April Baum-Swift; great aunts, Manila Ameris, Rozalind Ferguson (Dennis),Sharon Pick (John), and Sharon Wynn; a host of great uncles and special uncle Walter L. Raby; Godparents, Anga Baum, Chantelle Gill, Regina Fernandes, Antonio “Kippy” Evans, and Shipre Barrett. A host of god sisters and brothers; special godbrother, Jawan Baum; the love of his life Faith Bethea and her son Titan and a host of other relatives and friends who loved him dearly.
