arry Watson was born on February 10th, 1947 to Lorraine Shirley Watson and James Otto Watson in Buffalo, New York. He attended Kentucky State University. He served in the United States Army. He also worked as a Correctional Officer for the state of New York for 35 years. He married the love of his life Pamela Watson on June 6th, 1991. Barry accepted the Lord and joined Praise Tabernacle, where he served in the Choir and was an Usher. Upon relocating to Chesapeake, VA he was a devoted member of New Life Church and joined the Life group. Barry shared the Word of God with everyone that he encountered. On March 9th, 2022, Barry departed this life. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends. Barry will be remembered and cherished by his brother David, his children Lisa, Tanya, Anthony, Ardandy (Princess), Leighann, Leroy (Regina), as well as his grandchildren Jonathan, Tamia, Charda, DeVante , Dominique (Christina), Sierra, Joshua, Doriana, Niles, Brandon, Taneka (Marcea), Dante, Bianca, Brianna, Shaad (Kiasha), as well as a host of great-grandchildren.
