The beautiful Tweed valley deserves to be better known, as does this small, smart, not-quite-a-hotel. Comfortably pristine, it’s well positioned for walking or touring, but forget all that and just come for the warm, relaxed vibe and remarkably accomplished cooking. Remember, you read it here first.
