According to the WNBA rookie pay scale by Spotrac, the 22-year-old will sign a four-year contract with the Fever worth $338,056.

The first four picks of the WNBA draft make the same amount, with the next four picks and last four picks getting slightly lesser deals.

Per On3.com, Clark made an estimated $3.4 million in name, image and likeness deals during her senior season at Iowa. She ranked fourth among all NIL-eligible athletes and first in women's college basketball. Some of her NIL deals include Nike, Gatorade and State Farm.

She will likely be able to maintain most of her sponsorship deals as she transitions to the professional level.

Clark leaves Iowa as one of the greatest college basketball players of all time. Her 3,951 career points rank first in NCAA Division I basketball history, male or female. She broke the Big Ten conference record for career assists and won back-to-back Naismith and Wooden Player of the Year awards.

In addition to her dominance on the court, she also helped grow the sport of college basketball by bringing new viewers to the table.

ESPN announced that the 2024 national championship game between Iowa and South Carolina was watched by an average of 18.7 million viewers and peaked at 24 million, making it the most-watched basketball game since 2019.

South Carolina head coach Dawn Staley praised Clark for her impact on the sport:

Clark will now be taking on the new challenge of the WNBA, but it's clear she has a bright future ahead of her.
