Cashay and Xander have faced dating rumors since she uploaded a now-deleted TikTok video. Survivor star Xander Hastings, from season 41, is from a different show to Cashay Proudfoot, who rose to fame on Love Island. But they’re both in the reality TV industry and now fans are convinced they’re together.

For days, Love Island and Survivor fans have been going wild after Cashay uploaded a suspicious video with Xander. A Reddit discussion was launched after the upload, which shows an older video of Cashay leaning on Xander’s shoulder and looking at him, before they appeared to be dressed up in a new shot.

Cashay and Xander dating rumors

Cashay has denied rumors she’s dating Xander almost two weeks after speculation began.

She exclusively told us: “Xander and I are close friends. Love him dearly but we’re not dating or in a relationship.”

The two are often seen together, and around the time of her TikTok video with Xander from Survivor season 41, she clarified to fans on her Instagram Stories they are both single and just friends.

Just days ago, Xander said he’s “gasping for air” after Cashay posted a selfie. She didn’t hesitate to reinforce their friendship on his recent photo, commenting: “My friend my friend my FRIENDDD.”

TikTok fans believe they’re a ‘good looking couple’

When Cashay posted a now-deleted TikTok video with Xander, fans went wild. Many discussed how Xander had split from ex-girlfriend Andrea a year ago, and now believe Cashay is with him.

One fan wrote: “Pretty sure they are [dating], they’re always together hanging out when they live in different states and are even planning on going to Utah together for her birthday.”

Another penned: “Cashay was fun on the Challenge USA! She seems like a real sweetheart and is stunning. Xander also looking great with that haircut in the blue suit. So good looking couple all around.”

“She’s beautiful but is very extra. I think this is the perfect balance of personalities,” said a fellow Love Island follower. While another said: “Did not expect this at all but I don’t hate it.”

Did Cashay get back with Cinco?

No, Cashay and Cinco did not get back together. After they were each dumped from the island, Cinco and Cashay pursued their spark and dated, but officially parted ways in early 2022 after five months.

The exes then ended up competing against one another on the inaugural season of The Challenge: USA, and were even teammates. Even now, fans still want the two to get back together.

During their Love Island journey, Cinco ended his rocky relationship with Trina due to his persisting feelings for Cashay. He even waited for her at the airport once she was dumped from the island!
