Dr Pimple Popper has seen and popped a lot of cysts in her time, but she saw 100 at once on poor patient Elizabeth’s head.

The TLC show is currently on a break after the recent ending of the last season, so until we get some new content on our screens, let’s throw it back to the time Dr Pimple Popper helps remove 100 cysts from Elizabeth’s head.

Dr Pimple Popper patient Elizabeth has 100 cysts on her head

The 66-year-old has approximately 100 cysts on her head. The problem started when she noticed two cysts “the size of blueberries” at the age of 13. She said she never imagined she’d look like this 53 years later.

The bumps on the left side of her head are hard, whilst the ones on the right side are much softer and ‘squishier.’

The bumps also ooze substance out, and it hurts the patient to sleep on them, especially on her left side.

Dr Sandra Lee takes a look – ‘worst case I’ve ever seen’

Once Elizabeth takes a trip to Dr Pimple Popper’s office, she reveals her father also suffered from the same condition.

Like many of Dr Sandra Lee‘s patients, Elizabeth has visited many other surgeries in the past, although she had no such luck.

Upon further inspection, the TLC doctor says the patient has a condition called Cylindromas, which goes along with a hereditary condition, called Multiple Trichoepitheliomas.

Cylindromas are benign solid growths, and the doctor says Elizabeth has the worst case she’s ever seen!

As cylindromas are solid mass, this time, to popaholics dismay, there’s nothing for Sandra to pop. They’re so tightly stuck to the patient, that they’re proving very difficult to get rid of.

She’s back with the food analogies, and this time Dr Pimple Popper says: “It’s like Elizabeth has a whole head of cauliflower stuck to her scalp.” Nice! At least she didn’t compare the cysts to a stale marshmallow this time…

After a messy removal, Dr Lee makes the decision to stop for now, although she’d removed a large chunk of the most visible parts.

Despite not being able to remove it all, the patient is still overjoyed with the results, and two months later, she’s filled with confidence.
