The Buffalo Bills do not have to worry about Josh Allen missing their most important game of the NFL season.
Allen has been a full participant in practice all week despite dealing with neck and finger issues ahead of the Bills' clash with the Miami Dolphins.
The news is not as positive regarding Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence.
Lawrence is listed as questionable for Jacksonville's win-and-in matchup with the Tennessee Titans on Sunday.
Lawrence missed the Week 17 win over the Carolina Panthers and his presence would at least help calm some nerves so that the Jags can clinch a playoff berth.
Below is a look at all of the injuries and absences that could affect any remaining fantasy football championship matchups in Week 18.

Josh Allen Will Play With AFC East Title On Line
Allen will play on Sunday despite not being at 100 percent.
The Bills quarterback is dealing with neck and finger injuries, but he was a full participant in practice all week.
Allen and the Bills need a win to confirm their spot in the postseason, and with that, will come the AFC East title.
A loss on Sunday night means the Bills' postseason spot could be at risk depending on what happens across the AFC on Saturday and Sunday.
Allen recorded 320 passing yards and five total touchdowns against the Dolphins in the Bills' Week 4 home win over their AFC East rival.
Allen could find more success against the Dolphins defense on Sunday due to the injuries that have mounted up on Miami's side.
The Dolphins lost edge-rusher Bradley Chubb to a torn ACL last week and have been without linebacker Jaelan Phillips for weeks.
Allen could exploit the middle of the Miami defense with his legs, and just him starting on Sunday makes him one of the top fantasy football options at quarterback.
Lamar Jackson, Brock Purdy and a handful of other starters across the NFL will not play for various reasons, so if you have Allen in a Week 18 championship contest, consider yourself lucky.
Trevor Lawrence To Be Listed As Questionable
Lawrence's status for Sunday is in more doubt.
The Jacksonville quarterback will likely be a game-time decision for the AFC South clash with the Titans.
The Jaguars did not miss Lawrence one bit in their Week 17 clash with the Panthers. C.J. Beathard led the Jags to a 26-0 victory.
Week 18 presents a different scenario because the Titans will try to spoil Jacksonville's playoff hopes with a win.
Jacksonville wins the AFC South with a victory. It earns a playoff berth with losses from the Pittsburgh Steelers and Denver Broncos and if the Indianapolis-Houston game does not end in a tie.
The Jags beat the Titans 34-14 in Week 11, but that was with a healthy Lawrence and Christian Kirk on the field.
Beathard is not a great fantasy football replacement for Lawrence, but it is hard to make a case for a ton of reserve quarterbacks who will be on the field in Week 18.
The biggest fantasy impact of a potential Lawrence absence will be on Jacksonville's pass catchers, mainly Calvin Ridley and Evan Engram. The Titans defense has allowed a single 300-yard passing game this season.
