Kevin Eastman: Co-Creator of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Kevin Eastman, an American comic book artist and writer, has a net worth of $20 million. He is best known as the co-creator of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Along with Peter Laird, he self-published a black and white issue of the comic in 1984. The success of the comic led to press coverage and the creation of Mirage Studios.

The Turtles franchise was bought out by Viacom/Nickelodeon in 2009, but Eastman continued to work on the series as a writer and artist. He is credited with writing the TV series which aired from 1988 to 1996, 2003 to 2006, and 2012 to 2013, as well as the TMNT movies and video games.

In addition to TMNT, Eastman published the magazine Heavy Metal in 1992 and still serves as its editor and publisher.
