Made in Chelsea season 16 is in full swing.
While some of the SW3 residents are getting engaged or getting dumped, some of them seem to be getting together.

Have Sophie and Fred Got History?
In early 2017 Fred went out with MIC co-star Olivia Bentley, however, the couple didn’t last long together.
Fred took his flirting with Mimi Bouchard a step too far which resulted in him getting dumped by Liv.
Sophie and Fred also dated briefly back in 2017 but decided that they were better off as friends.

Are Sophie and Fred Going Out?
During Made in Chelsea episode 7 it seems that things are hotting up between Sophie and Fredrik again.
Louise Thompson said to Sophie: “What’s going on with you and Fred?”
Sophie said: “Nothing, we’re just friends. He took me on a date last year and then I got back with my ex-boyfriend and that was that.
“I obviously think he’s very attractive. I always fancied that Viking look.”
Louise replied: “Unless you go there you’re never going to know.”
Sophie said: “I don’t want to f*** up a great friendship you know?”
In episode 7 Fred took Sophie out on a tandem bike ride – much to her disappointment.
Louise and Ryan, Jamie and Alex Mytton all seem to be fans of Sophie and Fred getting together.
Jamie Plays Cupid
In episode 8 Jamie Laing took it upon himself to send Sophie some flowers in Fred’s name.
Sophie said to Fred:
Thankyou very much for my flowers. Do we need to talk about something?
Fred then went on to reveal that the flowers were in fact sent by Jamie rather than himself.
Fred said: “What we have now is amazing, right? Why mess with it?”
Sophie agreed that the pair should just have a great friendship but said:
This was not OK and I’m actually a bit offended.
