Mamie L. Bagley of Norfolk, VA born September  2, 1935 in Cofield, NC passed away July 11, 2018 in her home surrounded by family.  She is preceded by her husband, James “Duke” Bagley; 4 children Velnita Morris (Donovan); James Bagley, Jr,; Phillip O. Bagley (Karen); Carolyn J. Bagley, 3 sisters, 15 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of family and friends.
