For the extravagant price the clients pay, the Neinstein Plastic Surgery clinic provides a luxury package. The patients are directly picked up from the airport or their residence and brought to the clinic located in Bergdorf Goodman, New York.
The services provided by the clinic don't end with the plastic surgery as the patients are then taken to the Pierre hotel and kept under the 24-hour supervision of a nurse.
Additionally, Ryan also charges a consultation fee of $500 for a session, which lasts between 45 minutes to an hour.
Compared to the federal minimum wage, which is $7.25 per hour, Neinstein's fee is over 65 times more.
