Personal Statement
My name is Michael McArdle. I am a junior in the 2016 class of Fairfield Ludlowe High School in Fairfield, Connecticut. This past season I scored 10 goals and had 9 assists helping our team win the FCIAC championships. Our team was ranked 1st in the State Rankings by MSG Varsity and 16th in the nation by NSCAA.
I am also a forward for the Revolution United FC in Connecticut’s Premier Soccer League. I was also a member of the Fairfield Ludlowe’s indoor track team breaking the school record for the 4x400 Relay.
I am 6’ 3” and weigh 160 pounds. I love to score and create scoring opportunities for my team. I consider myself to have an outstanding work ethic, great athleticism and a passion for the game. I know I can make a good soccer team even better.
I’ve earned a 2.97 cumulative GPA for my freshman and sophomore years and have earned a 3.72 and a 4.055 in my first and second marking periods during my junior year. I am very interested in majoring in business/finance program.
