Personal Statement
My name is Noa. I have been wrestling since I was ten years old. I wrestle greco-roman style in my club WC "Lika" and also I'm in Croatia National team for past 5 years. I'm currently 8 time national champion (greco-roman and free style) and several medals from international competitions
I have an active, attacking style of wrestling with underhook and with my style I make my opponents passive. I am half left-handed and half right-handed, which makes me very inconvenient for my opponents. I easily and quickly adapt to the opponent and switch to the outside grip. My way of wrestling is very well connected with ground attack. Ground attack is my strongest weapon with which I score against European and world medalists. In defense, I am focused and it is not easy to score points against me. I have a great ability to reverse match in the second round when I'm behind with points.
I attend Sports Gymnasium (high school) studying 18 subjects where I study hard and trying to keep my GPA high.
In my free time I draw to relax, play chess to develop mentally and keep my sharpness and for fun I play soccer and hang out with my girlfriend and friends.
I would like to get the chance to wrestle for college who will bring out the best in me and for which I could bring all my best skills to the team but also achieve as much as possible in my personal development and also high level of education.
