Personal Statement

I attend Point Pleasant Boro High School, in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. I am a hard working and committed individual both athletically and academically. Each day I dedicate myself to working at my craft to become the best student- athlete I can possibly be, which will set me up for success in the future no matter what I do or where I go. Off the field, I have been a K. Hovnanion Children's Hospital Junior Ambassador for about five years to help the children who have been through unfortunate situations and need support. I also have experience as an altar server in the church for four years, and as a church speaker. Within the school system, I am an honor roll student who understands the importance of receiving an education and finishing school one day. I am involved in the student council and the Spanish club, and I play a wide variety of sports (football, swimming, sailing, skiing) all in which I compete in, and previously played/competed in volleyball, and baseball, and I am looking to participate in track and field and/or tennis in the springtime. My parents have taught and demonstrated to me from an early age to help those less fortunate, and have provided me with support through the years which aids me in containing the proper and essential morals to succeed in life. It has been a lifelong dream to play collegiate football one day, and I am doing everything in my power to make sure I fulfill my dream. With one year of varsity experience under my belt, I am looking forward to successful junior and senior year campaigns. My work ethic is strong, and each year I attend multiple camps and combines, along with offseason training four days a week whether it's in the weight room working on strength, on the field working on technique and timing with my receivers and backs, or on the beach/track working on strength and conditioning. I am willing to sacrifice anything for my team in order to help us achieve the ultimate goal, winning a championship, no matter what level that may be on. God first, family second, school third, and then football and everything else will fall into place.
