The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip season 4 kicked off its first episode on December 14. The hugely anticipated fourth season ‘RHONY Legacy’ features some original Real Housewives of New York City cast members including Ramona, Luann de Lesseps, Dorinda Medley, Kelly Killoren Bensimon, Sonja Morgan, and Kristen Taekman.

However, the “haters” have taken things to new levels on a snap she posted from the RHUGT: RHONY Legacy premiere night. Some took to the comments section to ask: “Did she get a facelift? She looks so much younger.”
More wrote: “It’s not even her face” and “Face of a 40 y/0, and legs and ankles of a 75 y/0…”
But a loyal fan of the Real Housewives star commented: “You look great Ramona! Keep it up! It’s driving the haters wild!”

Ramona sparks health concerns
Not only has Ramona’s Instagram upload sparked surgery rumors swirling, but some of her fans expressed concerns over her health in the comments.
Many people suggested the 67-year-old has jumped on the Ozempic bandwagon, opting for the diabetes medication as a weight loss aid.
Others commented on Ramona’s post suggesting she “eat a burger or four,” and more said: “Oh Ramona you are naturally beautiful but skinny isn’t a good look as we get older.”
Another said: “Magically change your age in so many ways but the hands don’t lie.”
Many commented the star looks “too skinny,” but others jumped to her defense slamming “body shamers” for their unwelcome opinions.
RHUGT star has ‘changed’
Ramona may be raking in some compliments for her “ageless face” and her wardrobe this season, but one thing The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip fans have noticed is her “behavior” seems to have changed.
