Richard Senator Obituary, Death – It is with a heavy heart that I must share some profoundly saddening news with you all. Our cherished member and exceptionally talented musician, Richard Senator, has passed away after a brief illness. This news has left a void in our community that will be challenging to fill.
Richard’s presence in our club was truly remarkable. His vibrant personality, infectious sense of humor, and musical prowess left an indelible mark on each of us. The loss is deeply felt, and we extend our heartfelt condolences to his brother Gary, sister-in-law Sandy, and, of course, his longtime partner Terri. Our thoughts and prayers are with them during this difficult time. In consideration of the family’s wishes, we kindly request that you refrain from making phone calls. Instead, texts and emails are encouraged to allow the family some space to grieve privately.
Additionally, as a mark of respect, we have been asked not to perform Richard’s signature song, “Oh! Darling,” for a while. The family has suggested that we withhold this tribute until it naturally arises in our album rotation, which is expected in about ten months. Let us come together as a community to support one another during this trying time. We will fondly remember Richard for the joy he brought to our club, and his legacy will live on in our hearts.
