Goplus is the unique and creative design that allows you to essentially have two different workout experiences, toggling between “run” and “walk” or “cool down” mode. This treadmill features a removable handrail that allows it to function independently without taking up much space at all!
Another nice feature of this folding treadmill is the internal capability to connect to your smartphone via Bluetooth so you can listen to your favorite music or podcast as you get in your workout.
It consists of a 40 in x 16 in running surface that features a non-slip design, helping to prevent an inopportune fall. There is also a LED lighting display that will show and track your progress in regard to time, distance, speed, and total calories burned during your workout.
The max speed of this treadmill in “run” mode is 7.45 mph and when in “walk” mode it is 2.5 mph.
