Personal Statement
I attack my athletic and academic pursuits in the same manner. They complement each other. My preparation, focus, and effort lend to the same high expectations in the classroom and the basketball court. I understand and enjoy the hard work it takes to be ready to perform.
I love basketball because it provides the opportunity to get out of my comfort zone. It pushes me to take chances. I am comfortable being pushed. I enjoy the friendships, the comradery, and aligning of similar goals with my teammates.
My goal and future aspiration is to play basketball at the highest level.
