The series, which aired on Wednesday and rapidly rose to the top of Netflix’s popular TV shows, is enthralling fans with opulent houses and drama set in the sunshine state.

“Selling Sunset,” Netflix’s first LA-based series, was so popular that it was confirmed for second season at once, as well as the already-popular spinoff set in Florida.

In these kinds of cases, the head broker at Allure Realty claims that just kills them with kindness and never interacts with such agents anymore.

Rosado stated that while that particular conversation was not shot for “Selling Tampa” since it occurred prior to production, there is more than enough drama on the new show.

Rena Frazier and Anne-Sophie Petit-Frere, both of her realtors, ponder leaving Rosado’s company to form their own agency during the episode.

Rosado is in charge of keeping order amongst her Allure Realty sub brokers while juggling her private affairs as a mother and Johnson’s companion. 

She is always working to improve in the very competitive field of luxury properties.

In Selling Tampa, who can you expect to see?

In Selling Tampa, the characters have different qualities. Rena Frazier, a seasoned broker with ambitions of her own.

Tennille Moore, who is known for having a good time; and her buddy Alexis Williams, who, together with Karla Giorgio, are indeed the office lazy bums, as well as Juawana Colbert, who likes not to take her work too sincerely.

About Season

As a former war veteran, the soon-to-be mother of four stated on the show that she had suffered from PTSD.

Many people are curious about Sharelle’s relationship with Chad, given how independent and strong she appears to be on Selling Tampa. 

Sharelle, on the other hand, claims that everything is OK and that she has never been concerned about his relationship with Evelyn.

Sharelle stated on the episode that she sent Chad a heart eyes emoji, which launched their affair. After being on and off for nearly two years, the pair has remained stable for the past year. 

Sharelle and Chad went into their partnership associated with a particular amount of understanding for one other’s position as parents, having both had children from prior relationships. 

Sharelle feels Chad has learned from his mistakes and doesn’t anticipate him to have the same problems as his ex-girlfriends.

What’s Next?

The pair will have a large family to manage, with Sharelle’s three elder children and Chad’s seven offspring from six different women. Note that,  Chad is still stationed in Miami, while Sharelle is in Tampa. 

However, the star of Selling Tampa claims it’s only a three-hour ride and that they will merely travel without any problem.
