Shirley Lavinia Jordan, 70, of Norfolk, VA, was granted her angel wings on October 15, 2022. Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that Shirley had touched in some way throughout her life. Shirley is survived by her 3 children, Micheal A. Jordan, Jesse E. Jordan, Jr., and Deirdre R. Brooks; 12 grandkids and 7 great grand kids. Brother Kelly Mountain, Sisters: Sharon Bivens and Sarah Watson; along with an abundance of loving family and friends.
