Squid Game: The Challenge hook ups led to players being disqualified from the Netflix show, a contestant claims. That’s according to Squid Game player 243, Stephen, who shared the romance news on his TikTok. He also said that he and Chase, player 456, were almost kicked off after sneaking into each other’s rooms.
The Netflix series became incredibly popular after bringing out the reality version of the fictional show. For Squid Game: The Challenge, players were individually quarantined in a hotel before filming, but it’s what happened during that stay that led to chaos, supposedly. Players say they weren’t meant to communicate in the hotels. But that didn’t stop them apparently.
Squid Game: The Challenge cast had ‘hook ups’, player claims
Squid Game: The Challenge players weren’t allowed to see each other without face masks on, let alone hook up in any way, shape or form. It was against rules to communicate before filming, players say.
However, Stephen, who was player 243 on Squid Game, has claimed people snuck into each other’s rooms and hooked up, developing a romance. Beetle Campbell told Reality Titbit that they were “isolated in hotels”.
Beetle also said they “weren’t allowed to speak to any contestants in your hotel room”. Stephen has backed up his statement and told TikTok fans: “[We were] not allowed to interact or talk to each other.”
Player 243 on Squid Game spills all
Player 243 on Squid Game: The Challenge, known as Stephen, revealed: “Some people got caught sneaking into each other’s rooms and hooking up so they got booted from the show.”
Stephen said he and Chase, player 456, were almost kicked off, too, after they were caught sneaking into each other’s rooms. He also replied to a fan who picked up on a girl he was stood next to a lot.
The Netflix star said: “I think the girl you’re referring to is Pashyn, who is really cool, funny and from Hawaii.” He claims he made friends with a lot of the girls, but was always thinking about his wife Alix.

Stephen says players were ‘booted off’
Luckily, Stephen and Chase did not get kicked off when producers caught them meeting up. “But they were like, ‘Oh, they came here together anyway so they’re fine’,” he said.
Player 243 on Squid Game went on to claim he had often spoke of his daughter Aurora and his family in the confessional room, but they mainly showed his father-and-son-type bond with co-star Rick.
Just 200 contestants were left in the dorms after the first game, Red Light, Green Light. Beetle told us that he was “living with people who are constantly plotting against you”.
GRV Media and Reality Titbit have contacted Netflix for comment.
Just started #SquidGameTheChallenge and I wanted 161 and 432 to hook up from the very first interaction.
