Seriously, the Yankees’ uniform has gone unchanged for almost 80-years. The last major change was adding numbers to the uniform.
By far, baseball’s most recognized uniform, everyone knows the Pinstripes with the interlocking “NY” over the heart.
The “NY” is also on the cap, which Jay-Z somehow made more popular than any Yankee has.
Without going into a 1,000 word rant, I’m not going to explain how silly it is for someone to think they made a sports hat more popular than someone who actually played for a given team, especially the Yankees.
