The final episode of 1000-Lb. Sisters season two airs this week on TLC and fans are already waiting anxiously to see if there will be a season three.

Season two brought with it several exciting moments, such as the birth of Amy’s son, Gage, who is now three months old as he was born back in November 2020.

Unfortunately, we also see Tammy express feelings of pointlessness after gaining 21 pounds since her last weigh in with Dr Smith, saying: “I know I shouldn’t sit there and eat it all, but I do, and I don’t know how to stop.”

Will there be a 1000- lb Sisters season 3?

There has been no confirmation yet over whether there will be a season three of 1000-lb Sisters.

In the comments of a TikTok video, a fan asked if Tammy would be part of season three of the show, to which Tammy replied by explaining that she didn’t know whether she would have anything to do with a third season.

So, while that suggests that Tammy may not be appearing in a potential season three, it does not shed any light on whether a season three will actually be happening at all.
