A welfare check got conducted at a Chuluota, Florida, residence on January 25, 2019.
When 31-year-old Cody Amato did not show up to work and got reached, his coworker reportedly alerted the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office.
The caller claimed that throughout all his time at Advent Hospital East Orlando, Cody never once missed a day of work.
The policy came knocking on the door, yet nobody has answered thus far. Subsequently, they proceeded to unlock both the windows and the doors.
Meanwhile, there were vehicles in the garage. It was the evidence that someone was at home.
Deputy Moderson used a knife to open the front door. And let the other officers inside. After entering, they made a horrifying discovery.
How did Grant Amato murder the Family?
A Caucasian male got identified as 59-year-old Chad Amato. Deputies discovered him lying on the kitchen floor. Seminole County Sheriff’s Office reported it.
The authorities found him in a pool of blood. And they declared him dead.
Deputies found Chad’s son lying on the storage room floor. He was 31-year-old Cody Amato.
And his blood was pouring from his eyes as they continued their investigation of the house.
Margaret was Chad’s wife. She discovered it in her office. Her upper body got slumped over the desk.
And it got covered in blood. She was an older woman, 61 years old.
Cody and Margaret’s deaths were also confirmed.
Police noted that they were familiar with the family since they got called there previously and that Chad and Margaret’s second son, Grant, 29, was absent.
They also found that his car was far from the house.
Was Grant Amato mental Illness?
Authorities put out a BOLO for Grant Amato and his car in the hours following the discovery of the bodies of Chad, Margaret, and Cody.
They also started questioning acquaintances of the Amatos.
Sloan Young, Cody’s girlfriend, told the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office that Cody and Grant often fought over the past few weeks.
According to Young, Grant had recently stolen $60,000 and many guns from his brother and had ongoing mental health difficulties.
Grant has checked into a mental hospital. Grant got expelled from the school.
It was where he was studying to become a nurse anesthetist. And after months, Grant led up to the murders.
When fired for stealing drugs, he also had no way to support himself financially.
Grant’s developing sentiments for a Bulgarian woman he met on a pornographic website got discovered by the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office.
According to the authorities, Grant allegedly took $200,000 from his family to pay for chatting with the woman online.
Grant Amato denied killing anyone. Exactly why?
Grant Amato’s car got found at the Orlando, Florida, Double Tree Hilton hotel parking lot on January 26.
The hotel and the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Grant’s status as a motel guest.
Deputies questioned Grant later that afternoon after a deputy approached him at his hotel. The suspect consented to go with the deputy to the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office.
After Grant’s parents found out about his correspondence with the Bulgarian woman forbade him to send her any more money or maintain contact with her, he stated under questioning.
Grant explained that he agreed at first but that because they were a couple, he wanted to keep talking to her.
Chad told Grant to leave after Grant found out he was still talking to the woman and taking money to send her.
It resulted in a heated argument between Grant and his father, quickly becoming physical.
Grant reported leaving the residence, per the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office. But he insisted he didn’t hurt or kill anybody on the way out. Three counts of murder were filed against GRANT AMATO, and he was arrested.
It has concluded that Grant Amato was solely responsible for the murders of his parents and brother.
Three counts of first-degree premeditated murder led to his subsequent arrest.
Grant denied any wrongdoing, as reported by AETV. His attorneys said the police had tunnel vision and didn’t look into or interrogate any other potential killers.
According to Click Orlando, however, authorities claimed Grant killed his family because they disapproved of his relationship with the Bulgarian woman.
Grant has immersed himself in an imaginary world. The Virginian-Pilot report that he apologizes for his untruthful statements to his buddies.
Grant wrote an open apology for his deceitful behavior. He apologized for bragging that he was a professional gamer, BMW owner, and homeowner.
He was living with his parents. Grant has frustration with his parents. And he claims they had him check himself into the internet and sex addictions center.

How Grant Amato got a life sentence?
Grant Amato got into three counts of first-degree murder. He scheduled to get executed. But he was given a life sentence without parole.
And he got incarcerated at Okeechobee Correctional Institution. It was per the Florida Department of Corrections.
Amato denied wrongdoing in a phone call with a documentary maker (via WESH2) working on the matter. He also mentioned how tough it was to readjust to life behind bars. When asked about his feelings on the verdict, Amato replied, “It’s not just the decision itself that’s frustrating, but rather the realization that I have to wait.”
Amato said, “You’re surrounded by individuals who have either committed horrible crimes their entire lives or are innocent like me and simply want to get out of here as soon as possible.”
According to Spectrum News 13, Amato’s public attorney Jeff Dowdy has appealed his client’s conviction on the grounds of many trial procedural errors.
Regarding the jury selection process, the admissibility of some evidence, and the introduction of a theory regarding the murder weapon, Dowdy raised specific issues.
