Xolo was born in Los Angeles, California, U.S. on 9th June, 2001. He holds an American nationality but has a Mexican, Cuban and Ecuadorian ancestry. His father is Omar G. Ramirez a music producer and mother is Carmelita Ramirez Sanchez on air radio host. He has an older sister Talia and younger brother Osha n Ramirez. Currently he is studying as well as he has begun his career in acting. He is in a relationship with his co star of Cobra Kai, Hannah Kepple. They got close to each other while working on the first season of the series.

The young and talented actor began his career at the age of 11 with the role of Victor Graham one of the main characters of the most popular show Parenthood a comedy drama series. The series was a super hit and it won a lot of recognition. This drama was based on the film named Parenthood which was released in the year 1989. Xolo made his film debut with Dealin’ with Idiots in the year 2013 which was written and directed by Jeff Garlin. He had a supporting role in the film. He also appeared in a guest role in the series Major Crimes, Mack & Moxy and Rush Hour. Later in the year 2016 he acting in the television film Furst Born and was also seen in the series Twin Peaks.
